ourselves getting a new dog. Our daughter changed all that one day and bought a bullmastiff puppy which Gail named Bella. We liked the name so much (and the puppy) that we named this new agapanthus Bella. So two of our named agapanthus were named after our beloved family dogs.

Bella™ has dainty blue blooms tinged with contracting blue stripes and petal edges over paler to white background pigments. Ideal for driveway borders, mass plantings, featured plants in gardens and containers.

Bella™ is a very showy evergreen agapanthus with good quality flowers of dainty blue blooms tinged with contracting blue stripes and petal edges over paler to white background pigments.
This robust small agapanthus is a prolific flowerer with strong multiple flower heads to about 35 - 40cm emerging from early to mid spring. And it will reflower with the right environmental conditions from mid summer to late autumn. When not in flower, the compact green foliage adds structure to any garden with foliage height to only about 25-30cm.
From trials undertaken, Bella™ tolerates hot humid condition better than many other agapanthus and is better suited for tropical and sub tropical climates.
